第一次使用儀器

1）把軟件打開， 保證0.3米積分球和1.5米積分球是關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，積分球內(nèi)不能放任何光源。

開啟檢測設(shè)備

開啟配電機柜總電源，開關(guān)位置為：機柜中間面板的左側(cè)船型開關(guān)；

1.5米積分球的校準(zhǔn)測量步驟

1.5 meter measuring steps

運行桌面1.5米球的測試軟件（確認桌面0.3米球的軟件已經(jīng)關(guān)閉）；

在1. 5米球內(nèi)裝入50W標(biāo)準(zhǔn)光源;

切換機柜右側(cè)的船型開關(guān)到1.5米積分球;

在軟件上點進入界面把電壓 電流 流明  色溫 設(shè)置好，數(shù)據(jù)已標(biāo)準(zhǔn)燈為準(zhǔn)。

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)光源點亮后，直接點校準(zhǔn)，預(yù)熱時間過后會出現(xiàn)一個山峰曲線圖譜后，點擊保存退出

等待校準(zhǔn)完成后再點擊“開始測試”；查看對比結(jié)果。

等待2分鐘，確認標(biāo)準(zhǔn)光源已經(jīng)冷卻，取下標(biāo)準(zhǔn)光源，放入燈盒中；開始測試貴公司的產(chǎn)品

如果產(chǎn)品是交流的話關(guān)閉穩(wěn)壓直流，開啟變頻測試電源。

點亮標(biāo)準(zhǔn)光源

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)光源點亮后，穩(wěn)定5分鐘； 軟件操作跟大球一樣。

點擊“儀器校準(zhǔn)”按鈕，選擇“光譜校準(zhǔn)”，選擇“色溫光通量校準(zhǔn)”；輸入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)色溫，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)光通量;點擊“校準(zhǔn)”。等待校準(zhǔn)完成后再點擊“開始測試”；查看對比結(jié)果。

將被測LED放入相應(yīng)的專用LED夾具，然后放入到0.3米積分球側(cè)面開口處，固定好，夾具有（鹵鎢燈，大功率1W，3528,5050,3014等）；

Will be measured LED into the corresponding special LED fixture, and then put into the 0.3 meters of the integral ball side openings, fixed, with (halogen tungsten lamp, high power 1W, 352850503014, etc.);

調(diào)節(jié)直流恒流電源，點亮被測LED；

Adjust the DC constant current power supply, light is measured LED;

點擊“開始”按鈕，等待測量完成（光譜及電參數(shù)會自動完成測試）；

Click "start" button and wait for the measurement to finish (the spectrum and the electrical parameters will be automatically finished testing);

點擊“保存”按鈕，記錄下原始數(shù)據(jù)文件；

Click the Save button to record the raw data file;

導(dǎo)出PDF測試報告，過程：點擊“文件”—“導(dǎo)出”—“PDF”；

Export PDF test report, process: click the "file" - "export" - "PDF";

重復(fù)13）到19）測量下一個被測燈；
